COVID-19 Response

At System Support & Integration, our highest priority is the health and well-being of our associates, their families, our stakeholders, and our communities while continuing to operate effectively. 

As an essential business, System Support & Integration remains fully operational.  Our Field Service team is taking precautions recommended by the CDC, utilizing enhanced hygiene measures and social distancing, as well as providing PPE for all field staff.  To best accommodate the unique challenges of individual sites, we are offering the following solutions.

  • We are prioritizing startup projects and issue resolution visits above other visit types, such as reprogramming, training, and pre-construction. 
  • We will recommend remote alternatives for services and projects capable of being supported through remote work. For example, this may include user training performed via web conference or startup work performed via remote connection to the system.  
  • For each scheduled visit, we will be calling ahead to ensure the project is operational and not adversely affected by staffing/health concerns. 
  • We are evaluating and implementing personnel backup plans in the event that we experience staffing disruptions. 

In an effort to complete projects within the allotted time, we’re asking for continued diligence in the installation and documentation of our systems, as correct and complete work and accurate documentation are critical to our shared success.
